  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day

2. Shipping Partners

We use reliable logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Tier 2 & Rural Areas: 5–10 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, holidays, or courier constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Charges are calculated based on the  weight of the shipment and delivery location


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email or SMS
  • Real-time status updates from the courier

You can also track from the “My Orders” section on your Kanizo account.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address, contact our support team. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue or reship the item.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Kanizo is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
